General Description:

Lead the integral cycle of investment projects and asset management—from structuring and analysis to execution and follow-up—ensuring the portfolio's alignment with the business's strategic vision and the maximization of capital return.

General Functions:

• Strategy and Capital Allocation: Design and execute the investment thesis, defining the optimal asset allocation to maximize risk-adjusted return.
• Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Prospect, identify, and filter high-impact investment opportunities (private equity, real estate, M&A, and financial markets).
• Financial Modeling and Valuation: Lead the construction of advanced financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR, NPV) to determine the viability and precise valuation of each project.
• Due Diligence: Direct comprehensive audits (financial, legal, fiscal, and operational) to mitigate risks before transaction closing.
• Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Negotiate key terms, shareholder agreements, and financing structures with partners, investors, and corporate banking.
• Portfolio Management and Value Creation: Monitor the performance of active investments, optimize operations, and implement exit strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the team of investment analysts and associates.

Requirements and Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree / Industrial Engineering, Public Accounting, Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or Master's in Finance is desirable.
• Advanced English.
• 4+ years of experience in leadership positions in areas of corporate valuation, financial modeling, M&A, and transversal financial project management.
• Advanced Excel, proficiency in BI tools and data analytics.
• Business acumen, strategic thinking, and high-level negotiation skills.
