General Description:

Ensure the correct execution of the integral management and contractual formalization strategy for construction projects, through the establishment of guidelines, risk control, and supervision of internal and external supplier performance, in order to ensure the opening of pharmacies on time, in form, within cost, and in accordance with applicable regulations.

General Functions:

1. Ensure the implementation of the management strategy for construction projects

• Establish guidelines, priorities, and strategic criteria for the management of permits, licenses, and construction contracts nationwide, aligned with business objectives.

2. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation

• Guarantee that construction projects comply with applicable legal, urban, and administrative regulations, anticipating regulatory, legal, and operational risks.

3. Manage the relationship with strategic suppliers and authorities

• Define and supervise the relationship with external managers, firms, and municipal and state authorities, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and compliance.

4. Provide executive visibility of project status

• Consolidate and present strategic information on progress, risks, and management deviations to the Directorate, facilitating decision-making.

Requirements and Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree / Engineering in Law, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in leadership positions in the management and government relations area in the retail industry.
• Knowledge of urban and construction legislation, permits and licenses, municipal, federal, and state regulations, analysis of regulatory risks, and document control.
• Availability to travel between: Jalisco, Michoacán, Colima, Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, Querétaro, Veracruz, and Zacatecas.
