Senior Logistics Manager

Purpose of the position Contribute to the sustainable growth of the company, through the design and execution of operations and logistics strategies that optimize the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring availability and timely delivery of products, driving efficiencies in costs and times, and consolidating the area as a strategic enabler of competitiveness. Main responsibilities. Design and implement operations and logistics strategies that support the growth of the company, optimizing processes and reducing costs, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive business results. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their goals and objectives. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure progress and make informed decisions. Identify and mitigate risks associated with logistics operations, ensuring the continuity of supply chain processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the logistics area.
