Sr. Growth Manager - Raising Cane's
To work in Monterrey. N.L.
Your next challenge:
This role is responsible for ensuring the successful opening of each restaurant on the committed date, ensuring the integration and coordination of all involved fronts, including construction, permits, equipment, supply, systems, certified personnel, and marketing, even without having direct hierarchical authority over most of them. Likewise, it leads the creation, development, and certification of the in-house opening team in Mexico, ensuring their ability to operate autonomously and maintain brand standards over time. In parallel, it manages the information and tracking system for the General Management, consolidating a single reliable source of information on project progress, preparing for executive decision-making, and ensuring that agreements, risks, and commitments are managed and executed promptly. Its success is measured equally by the execution of openings, the building of organizational capabilities, and the generation of visibility and control for senior management.
You will have more possibilities if you have the following:
- Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Administration, Business, or related disciplines.
- Advanced English
- Living in Monterrey, N.L. and having availability for a change of residence later.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience leading projects, programs, PMO, or transformation initiatives with multiple areas involved.
- Proven experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams and managing dependencies, risks, priorities, and commitments without direct authority over participants.
- Consolidated track record providing strategic support to General Management levels, executive committees, or leadership teams.
- Experience structuring tracking, control, indicators, and project governance systems.
- Desirable experience in unit openings, expansion, operations implementation, or multi-unit environments.
- Desirable experience in restaurant industries, retail, franchises, hospitality, or fast-growth businesses.
- Advanced command of project management, analysis, and executive tracking tools.
- Great ability to structure projects and establish tracking mechanisms and maintain control over multiple fronts simultaneously, achieve agreements, coordinate diverse areas, and mobilize actions in teams that do not report directly to you, using anticipation, credibility, information, and effective follow-up.
- Strong leadership skills, to prepare decisions, synthesize complex information, manage agreements, and anticipate risks.
