Sr. FFM Development Manager

SR. FFM WEB MANAGER

Position Objective:

To lead and coordinate team work, supervise the implementation of new systems and their security, as well as collaborate with other areas to meet the established objectives.

Position Requirements

• Degree or Engineering in Systems, Informatics, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• 5 years or more of experience in software and web application development.
• At least 5 years of experience leading technology development teams.
• Experience managing web development projects from start to finish.
• Desirable experience in telecommunications companies or high-transactionality projects.
• Interest and desirable experience in implementing Artificial Intelligence-based solutions.

Functions

• Lead the strategy and development of web solutions for business processes.
• Ensure compliance with work plans in conjunction with the PMO area and other involved areas.
• Review that the system infrastructure is robust, secure, and highly available in conjunction with the NOC Operations and Architecture area.
• Lead development teams and ensure compliance with objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Supervise the design, development, testing, and release of applications.
• Coordinate projects with the Systems, Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, and Business areas.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Drive the use of Artificial Intelligence to improve processes, software development, and user experience.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose innovative solutions that generate business value.
• Track indicators, progress, risks, and project priorities.
• Manage vendors and technological resources when necessary.

Knowledge:

• Web application development.
• Architecture and solution design.
• JavaScript / TypeScript.
• APIs and microservices.
• SQL databases.
• Cloud and technological services.
• Git and agile methodologies.
• Technology project management.
• Development team leadership.
• Desirable experience with Angular, React, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge and interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and generative AI tools.
