Job Objective

We are looking for a Human Resources leader with a highly hands-on approach, capable of building processes from scratch, implementing them, and operating them, without limiting themselves to supervision. They must combine a strategic business vision with a strong execution orientation, acting as an HR Business Partner close to operations and ensuring that Human Capital initiatives translate into concrete results for the organization.

Main Responsibilities

Implement the HR strategy defined by the Group.

Design, document, and implement HR processes from scratch.

Act as HR Business Partner for business leaders.

Execute talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, compensation, and labor relations.

Supervise and directly execute HR processes when necessary.

Develop Human Capital indicators.

Drive culture and organizational development.

Ensure compliance with policies and labor legislation.

Required Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree completed.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources. Minimum 4 years as HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner, creating, implementing, and operating HR processes.

Experience in companies with 400 to 1,500 employees.

Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, or growing national companies.

Hands-on profile with the ability to execute and build.

Experience translating corporate strategies into operations.

Availability for 100% in-person work.
