Senior Project Manager - Data Center, Fortaleza
Job description
A Turner & Townsend is seeking an highly experienced professional to join our Real Estate team.
This role involves leading complex and large-scale engineering and construction projects that deliver long-term value to the public sector. You will collaborate with high-level clients and contribute to strategic developments and high-visibility initiatives across the entire region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project strategies, budgets, and delivery plans.
- Establish and maintain project governance systems and structures.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks and problems throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver clear and professional communication materials in English.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including clients, contractors, and designers.
- Conduct meetings, document results, and ensure follow-up actions.
- Support business development through client presentations and internal reports.
