Senior Supply Chain Management Manager

About the role: This is a key role responsible for the end-to-end supply chain strategies and overall execution supporting the general business. In addition, the position sets the vision of success for the supply chain, creates the framework for achieving this vision, and establishes control related standards and procedures to track progress. Main Functions: Responsible for the execution of supply chain initiatives that support the strategic vision. Responsible for the development of demand forecasting models and implementation of inventory management systems. Responsible for the optimization of logistics processes and transportation modes. Responsible for the analysis and resolution of supply chain disruptions. Responsible for the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance. Responsible for the development of reports and metrics to track progress towards goals. Responsible for the collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Responsible for the identification and mitigation of risks related to supply chain operations. Responsible for the implementation of process improvements and best practices. Responsible for the development of training programs and materials for supply chain personnel. Responsible for the coordination of audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Main Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
