Regional Store Manager | Operations Region

We are conducting a confidential selection process for the position of Regional Store Manager, operating in the Ribeirão Preto (SP) region, for a highly relevant company in the retail sector.

Main activities

• Manage and monitor the operation of multiple units in the region, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational goals
• Monitor performance indicators (sales, margin, productivity, costs, and expenses), proposing and executing action plans
• Ensure excellence in operational execution and standardization of processes in stores
• Lead, develop, and engage teams, working directly with store managers in training and developing leadership
• Ensure the quality of the customer experience at all touchpoints
• Conduct frequent visits to units, working closely with operations
• Support commercial strategies and initiatives to leverage results
• Act in the management of organizational climate and high-performance culture

Requirements

• Completed higher education
• Consolidated experience in regional or district management in retail
• Experience with managing multiple units and teams
• Strong orientation towards results and indicator-based management
• Analytical capacity and data-driven decision-making
• Leadership skills, people development, and successor training
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Dynamic profile, with strategic vision and focus on execution
• Availability for frequent travel
