M&A Legal Manager

What is the day-to-day of the position like?

As a Legal Manager in Transactions, you will be responsible for leading and providing legal advice for complex operations, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financings, joint ventures, and strategic commercial agreements. You will accompany each transaction from its planning to its closing, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigation of legal risks, and alignment with the strategic objectives of the business.

You will demonstrate a solid ability to structure operations, coordinate due diligence processes, and draft and negotiate sophisticated contracts, working closely with multidisciplinary teams (financial, tax, operational, and business) at both local and international levels. You will integrate legal analysis, strategic vision, and commercial understanding to facilitate key decisions at each stage of the transaction.

You will collaborate in a dynamic, global, and results-oriented environment, where you will contribute pragmatic legal solutions that balance risk with opportunity and directly contribute to the success and efficiency of each operation.

What is needed to apply?

• Law Degree.

• Proven experience in M&A, corporate transactional, or financings.

• Solid knowledge in structuring operations, due diligence, and contractual negotiation.

• Advanced English.

• Proficiency in Office tools.

• Skills: strategic thinking, effective communication, negotiation, critical analysis, results orientation, adaptability, and ability to coordinate diverse teams.
