Alternative Investments Legal Manager

We are looking for someone with solid experience in Financial and Stock Law, with a deep understanding of alternative investment instruments, capable of accompanying complex investment decisions, structuring legal solutions, and leading legal strategies both in Mexico and abroad. What will be your impact? Analysis, review, and negotiation of legal documentation for alternative investments. Continuous legal advice to the Investments and Risks areas. Design and implementation of legal frameworks for investment products. Development of risk management policies and procedures. Review and analysis of financial reports and statements. Compliance with regulatory requirements. Representation in meetings and negotiations with investors, partners, and other stakeholders. Leadership of cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Strategic planning and execution of legal initiatives. Collaboration with internal departments to ensure alignment with company goals. ¿Cuál será tu impacto? Analysis, review, and negotiation of documentación legal de inversiones alternativas. Asesoría jurídica continua a las áreas de Inversiones y Riesgos. Diseño e implementación de marcos legales para productos de inversión. Desarrollo de políticas y procedimientos de gestión de riesgo. Revisión y análisis de informes financieros y estados contables. Cumplimiento con los requisitos regulatorios. Representación en reuniones y negociaciones con inversionistas, socios y otros stakeholders. Liderazgo de equipos interfuncionales para lograr objetivos empresariales. Planificación estratégica y ejecución de iniciativas legales. Colaboración con departamentos internos para asegurar alineación con metas de la empresa.
