Junior Supply Chain Manager

Lead end-to-end supply chain, ensuring alignment between demand, operational capacity and resources, guaranteeing efficiency, customer service level and cost control. Responsibilities Lead integrated logistics planning (S&OP, RCCP, procurement and distribution). Manage warehouse operations, inventories and transportation, ensuring efficient flow to internal and external customers. Monitor and control KPIs, logistics costs and budget, implementing actions to optimize processes and reduce waste. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure supply chain continuity. Provide guidance and support to team members to improve performance and achieve goals. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key metrics and KPIs.
