Go to Market Manager

Purpose of the Position The Go to Market Manager is the engine that connects Purchases, Innovation, Design, Licenses, Sourcing, and Commercial for the development and implementation of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that drives business growth and profitability. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing marketing plans, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that drives business growth and profitability. • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies. • Managing budgets and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. • Collaborating with the Innovation team to develop new products and services. • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. • Developing and executing marketing plans that drive business results. • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Compras, Innovación, Diseño, Licencias, Sourcing, and Comercial teams. • Providing regular updates on go-to-market strategy and performance to the leadership team. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with market trends and competitor activity. • Developing and executing contingency plans as needed. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in marketing management. Certification in marketing or a related field is an asset.
