We have a vacancy for you to become a Store Leader, where you will be on the Leader track, managing a team and using your influence to achieve results.

Here, your role will be:

Manage the business unit (Store or PAB - Posto de Atendimento Bancário/Bank Service Post), ensuring that actions are directed towards capitalizing on commercial opportunities, customer service, and infrastructure;

Drive the team's results and career (by training and developing them);

Supervise and attend to customers who frequent the store, ensuring an excellent experience;

Manage NPS (Net Promoter Score) and daily sales needs, implementing improvement actions when necessary;

Ensure quality, in accordance with norms and procedures established by the bank and regulatory bodies;

Visit the Micro-region, foster new businesses, and acquire new clients;

Team engagement actions.

For this role, we value:

CPA 10 – ANBIMA certification (but if you have CPA20 or CEA, even better!);

Completed Bachelor's degree (but if you have a Postgraduate degree, even better!);

Experience in Private Banking or Corporate Banking Relationship Manager positions;

Mobility for visits;

Experience with people management.
