Opportunity: Logistics Specialist (PJ)

Chuá Distribuidora has been a market benchmark for over 40 years, supplying 498 cities in Minas Gerais from our units in Governador Valadares and Juiz de Fora.

We are seeking a strategic partner to act as a Logistics Service Provider (PJ), focused on high performance, process optimization, and operational intelligence.

Scope of Service Provision:

Process Management: Manage and improve supply chain flows and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Inventory and Quality: Ensure storage quality and optimize product turnover.
Strategy and Indicators: Develop, analyze, and present operational and financial indicators (KPIs) to support the Board of Directors in decision-making.
Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose innovations, and implement improvements in the company's logistics operations.
Operational Alignment: Maintain effective communication between corporate areas to ensure routine efficiency.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in managing or coordinating logistics / supply chain processes.
Analytical ability for data interpretation and strategic report building.
Proactive, problem-solving profile focused on results.
Active and regularized CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities).

Contract Information:

Hiring Model: PJ (Legal Entity / Service Provision).
Remuneration: Fixed monthly amount to be agreed upon (market-compatible) + partnership benefits/incentive package.
Work Location: Governador Valadares / Juiz de Fora - MG.
