Operations Coordinator - Restaurants

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator, with strong leadership and focus on results, responsible for the integral operation of our 3 branches, ensuring the fulfillment of goals, operational excellence, and quality service.

• Supervise and ensure the opening, closing, and daily operation of sales points.

• Ensure the total availability of menu items at the restaurant for sale.

• Administration, leadership, and follow-up of activities of more than 20 collaborators.

• Control and follow-up of tasks, processes, and objectives.

• Total focus on meeting sales goals.

• Management of the operating system and Food-Pot factoring.

• Providing general service and customer attention.

• Supervise the caring for facilities, utensils, and physical equipment.

• Taking strategic decisions oriented to cash flow and business growth.

• Review of operational accounts and personnel.

• Constant communication with administration and direction.

• Effective resolution of operational and personnel problems.

• Compliance with food handling and hygiene regulations (NOM-251).

• Proven experience as General Manager, Manager or Supervisor of a sales point.

• Ability to lead teams of 20 people or more.

• Solid knowledge in food and beverages.

• Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.

• Leadership, organization, decision-making, and focus on results.

• Excellent communication and service attitude.

• Fixed salary: $20,000.00 net monthly

• Sales bonus:

  • $1,000 per unit that reaches the goal (3 branches)

  • 2% on excess sales (without IVA) above the global goal

  • No commission cap
