General Engineering Manager

Position Summary A manufacturing organization is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technical operations, optimize production processes, and ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across manufacturing lines. This role oversees multidisciplinary engineering teams and drives continuous improvement initiatives focused on assembly, plastic injection molding, and thermoforming processes. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams including process, manufacturing engineers, and technicians to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions into production lines. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering department. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
