Financial Manager

In 2024, we launched R$ 400 million in new projects, with ambitious growth targets for the next years, including R$ 300 million in 2024 and R$ 400 million in 2025.

We are looking for a Financial Manager to help us structure robust financial processes, ensuring operational efficiency to support our growth.

Activities:

• Ensure that financial launches are correctly allocated to cost centers.
• Implement and supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections, integrating automated financial reports and repays for the board.
• Analyze and propose improvements to financial planning, including projections, viability analysis, and goal tracking.
• Organize and optimize financial and operational processes to support the increase in business volume.
• Lead projects for implementing and improving the Sienge system, ensuring integration and full use of the tool.
• Be the intersection point between the financial area and the controller, promoting alignment and integration.
• Contribute to strategic decisions, based on financial data analysis and risk management.
• Lead the finance team of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Post-graduate degree will be a differential.
• Experience in the MCMV segment.
• Knowledge of the Sienge system will be considered a differential.
• Availability for on-site work in São Paulo.
