Responsibilities and Attributions That Transform

• Take on the challenge of developing your own client portfolio from scratch, with an emphasis on establishing solid and strategic partnerships through active prospecting, relationship building, and consultative approach.
• Active prospecting and management of the client portfolio you will build, with companies generating revenue from R$ 30 million/year, especially in credit and structured operations.
• Presentation of personalized banking solutions, adding unique value and building lasting connections.
• Negotiation of specialized products and services in the high-value market, focusing on working capital, guarantee accounts, discount of receivables, trade finance, leasing, and debt structuring.
• Presentation of banking solutions, adding unique value to each relationship.

Requirements and Qualifications That Elevate:

• Client portfolio with revenue exceeding R$ 30 million/year.
• Completed higher education degree.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services, with a vision beyond the numbers.
• Proven experience in a financial institution, bringing not only expertise but also passion.
• Dynamic performance in various locations and segments, fostering diversity of perspectives.
• Exceptional ability in credit and balance sheet analysis, seeing opportunities where others see challenges, long-term vision.
• Active ANBIMA Certification - Series 10, building credibility from the first contact.
