District Manager - Imuno/Gastro - Federal District or Fortaleza

Mission
Act as a strategic leader in the territory, inspiring the team to achieve excellence in executing the brand strategy and delivering sustainable results. Co-create and adapt territory plans in partnership with Marketing, Access, and MSLs, transforming field insights into actions that drive business growth. Develop talents, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and promote a high-performance culture, ethics, and collaboration. Be a protagonist in building an impact legacy, guiding the district with vision, purpose, and focus on the patient.
Job Responsibilities
• Capture field insights to transform perceptions into actionable strategies, actively contributing to co-creating the brand strategy with Marketing and translating it into excellence in execution in the territory.
• Lead and monitor the adaptation of the strategy by region, co-creating the territory plan (TP) with Marketing, MSLs, and Access to Market, ensuring effective implementation by sales technical consultants.
• Monitor performance and key business indicators, analyzing results, anticipating risks, and implementing mitigation plans that ensure sustainable growth.
• Continuously analyze the competitive landscape, identifying trends and opportunities that guide the evolution of the brand strategy and differentiation in the market.
• Identify key performance drivers for major accounts and, in partnership with Access to Market, develop solutions that amplify the impact of the brand and ensure execution of account plans.
• Collaborate with the In Field team (Access and MSLs), ensuring strategic alignment and execution of engagement and transactional journey plans.
• Lead the district business with a strategic vision, optimizing resources and promoting intelligent technology use to maximize efficiency and results.
• Represent the company at medical congresses and events, strengthening relationships with opinion leaders and amplifying scientific and institutional influence for the brand.
• Develop and inspire the team, identifying strengths, opportunities, and promoting individual development plans that sustain a high-performance culture and continuous growth.
• Recognize and prepare talents for future leadership positions, actively contributing to succession planning and strengthening organizational culture.
• Conduct structured field visits, providing quality feedback and targeted coaching for technical, behavioral, and strategic improvement of the team.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and commercial standards, ensuring the integrity of operations and company reputation.
• Support and promote Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, reinforcing commitment to responsible and sustainable practices.
