Organizational Design Manager

Objective of the position Act as the architect of the corporate structure. Its main objective is to design and optimize operational models and structures that align talent with long-term business strategy. Through data analysis and workforce planning, ensures that the organization has the capacity, agility, and design necessary to execute its global objectives. Main responsibilities Organizational Design and Operational Models Design and optimize organizational structures and processes to achieve strategic goals. Develop and implement effective organizational designs that support business objectives. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions. Ensure alignment of organizational design with business strategy and goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners. Provide guidance and support to employees on organizational design principles and best practices. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in organizational design and development. Participate in the development of the organization's strategic plan and contribute to the achievement of its goals. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the organizational design process.
