Area Manager

We are looking to incorporate a new colleague to manage some of our restaurants in Madrid as Area Manager. What are we looking for in our new colleague? To follow up and supervise the fulfillment of sales and operational objectives of the points of sale. Establish action plans to achieve goals. Ensure that all restaurant managers have clear objectives, provide support and guidance, and monitor progress. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and optimize operations. Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business results. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage open communication. Provide coaching and training to restaurant managers to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement operational plans. Monitor and control expenses, manage budgets, and optimize resources. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and local authorities. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience at our restaurants. Ensure that all employees are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence. Monitor and control the implementation of new initiatives and projects. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business results. Provide regular feedback and coaching to restaurant managers to drive business results. Ensure that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in achieving company goals.
