Senior Sales Manager

Original Group is a Mexican firm with over 40 years of experience, active in the hotel, cruise industry, vacation clubs, and real estate sectors. Currently, we are looking for professionals with previous experience in the position of SENIOR SALES MANAGER - USA, CAN. BASIC FUNCTION Responsible for proposing and implementing the required strategies to achieve Original Resorts' objectives and reach the established income budget as well as administrative tasks such as: • Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to meet revenue targets • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners • Identifying new business opportunities and developing proposals to pursue them • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management • Proven track record of success in meeting revenue targets • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with CRM systems • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
