What will you do with us
Your mission will be to take the store to its maximum performance level
Team Leadership Direct, motivate, and develop your team of advisors so they reach their maximum potential in each shift
Results Management Design strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, profitability, and key indicators
Customer Experience Ensure that each visit is a memorable experience of personalized advice and premium service
Operation and Visual Merchandising Supervise inventories, store image, and compliance with brand standards
Talent Development Train and support your team in product knowledge, sales techniques, and culture of excellence
Reporting and Analysis Interpret KPIs to make agile decisions and report progress to regional management
The profile we are looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion, technology, or specialized retail
Commercial DNA results-oriented with proven ability to move sales metrics
Natural Leadership you know how to generate commitment, culture, and a high-performance team
Powerful Communication you connect with your team, with customers, and with management with clarity and energy
Proficiency in daily operations inventories, reports, schedules, and floor standards
Genuine passion for retail and customer interaction
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
Schedule
Monday to Sunday with rotating days off Shifts 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
