Job description
Branch Manager
This position will be responsible for the commercial, operational, and financial results of the business unit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Engineering degree with title and professional license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience being responsible for the sales and operations of a business unit (Distribution Center or Operational Branch).
- Experience in B2B industrial sales directly serving key accounts (manufacturers, general industry, and SME distributors).
- Knowledge of commercial-financial indicators.
- Basic-intermediate English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a business unit at a commercial, operational, and strategic level.
- Lead sales, operations, warehouse, and administration teams.
- Manage financial indicators such as P&L, EBITDA, budget, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, audits, and internal controls.
- Attend inspections and requirements from STPS, Civil Protection, SEMARNAT, COFEPRIS, and regulatory authorities.
- Guarantee the fulfillment of sales, profitability, and service objectives.
- Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with industrial clients.
- Conduct periodic visits to key clients to identify growth opportunities.
