About the position

We are looking for a Social Sustainability Manager to lead the organization's social impact strategy, promoting initiatives that generate shared value for communities, strengthen our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy, and contribute to the sustainable development of the territories where we operate.

This position will be responsible for designing and implementing social programs, developing strategic alliances with various stakeholders, and ensuring the measurement and communication of the social impact of our initiatives.

Main responsibilities

• Design and implement the social sustainability strategy aligned with the corporate strategy.
• Lead social investment programs, community development, and road safety with a focus on results and impact.
• Manage alliances with public bodies, civil society organizations, academic institutions, and multilateral organizations.
• Coordinate the measurement, evaluation, and reporting of social impact under international sustainability standards.
• Drive the integration of ESG criteria into the organization's projects and initiatives.
• Lead the preparation of reports and the collection of information related to social sustainability.
• Promote an organizational culture oriented towards sustainability and positive impact.
• Represent the organization in forums, associations, and specialized spaces for sustainability and social responsibility.

Profile we are looking for

Education

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Economics, Sustainability, Communication, or related fields.
• Master's degree in Sustainability, Social Development, Public Policy, or related disciplines is desirable.

Experience

• 8 to 10 years of experience in corporate sustainability, social responsibility, community development, or social investment.
• Experience leading social impact programs and stakeholder management.
• Experience in ESG standards and frameworks.
• Experience in preparing sustainability reports and impact indicators.
• Advanced English.
