We are looking for an APPLICATIVE SUPPORT MANAGER – Progress / OpenEdge to lead the support and evolution of critical applications at Casa de Bolsa y Cambios, within a high-specialization and financial business environment. The challenge The position will have a key role in ensuring operational continuity, improving service levels, reducing incidents, and strengthening disaster recovery models, aligning technology, processes, and user attention. ✅ Required profile Engineer with experience in Progress/OpenEdge, knowledge of application support, and ability to lead teams. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and version control systems. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Agile project management, Scrum, or Kanban. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
