General Services Manager and Fleet Administration

OBJECTIVE Ensure the availability, maintenance, and optimization of material resources, installations, and vehicle fleet in all Puratos Mexico sites (Tizayuca, Herschel, and delegations), ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate policies. Lead continuous improvement projects in infrastructure, mobility, and general services, contributing to employee experience and sustainability. Ensure that material resources are properly managed, maintained, and optimized, as well as the fleet of vehicles, to guarantee the smooth operation of all sites. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their goals and objectives. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners. Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure effective allocation of funds. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Ensure the security and integrity of all sites and facilities. Coordinate with emergency services in case of emergencies or incidents. Provide support and assistance to employees during emergencies or crises. Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions. Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
