Road Safety Manager

Road Safety Manager Location: Naucalpan, State of Mexico Mode: On-site Area: Road Safety / Operations Reports to: Fleet Management Department Main Objective of the Position Lead the national road safety strategy for the organization, promoting a preventive culture aimed at sustained reduction of accidents, protection of company assets and operational continuity. It will be responsible for designing, implementing and following up on prevention plans, conducting risk assessments, analyzing data and trends, developing and implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in road safety management, knowledge of traffic laws and regulations, and ability to work in a team environment. The position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to analyze complex information and make informed decisions. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who will support the implementation of the road safety strategy.
