Job description
An important company in the manufacturing sector seeks to incorporate an Human Resources Manager with solid experience in plant operations, labor relations, and organizational development into its team.
Job Objective
Lead the Human Resources strategy and operation within a manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with personnel administration processes, labor relations, union management, talent attraction and development, as well as the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in manufacturing companies.
- Experience in the mass consumption industry, preferably food and beverages.
- Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, labor relations, and union management.
- Experience in payroll administration, incidents, and compliance with labor obligations.
- Knowledge of Human Resources indicators, work environment, and talent retention strategies.
- Participation in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar Human Resources systems.
- Conversational English.
- Availability for occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage labor and union relations for the operation.
- Lead personnel administration and talent management processes.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, training, and organizational development.
- Administer performance indicators, turnover, staffing levels, and work environment.
- Coordinate payroll processes and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
- Manage vendors and services related to Human Resources.
