Management of carbon credit commercialization through negotiation with local platforms, seeking market foundation both locally and internationally, for better performance. Management of risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize potential losses. Development of risk management policies and procedures to ensure effective risk control and reporting. Collaboration with other departments to identify and mitigate risks associated with new business initiatives. Analysis and interpretation of financial data to inform risk management decisions. Identification and prioritization of key risks and development of mitigation strategies. Monitoring and reporting of risk metrics and KPIs to senior management. Development of training programs for employees on risk management best practices. Collaboration with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with risk management regulations. Participation in the development of the company's overall risk strategy.
