We are looking for a dynamic Food Service Manager with vision, positive attitude and commitment to quality.

What will you do? (Your mission)

• Lead and motivate the team of waiters, bartenders and hosts/hostesses.

• Ensure impeccable service under high standards of hospitality.

• Coordinate openings, closings, setup, order and cleaning of the dining area.

• Attend to customers, resolve situations and guarantee their complete satisfaction.

• Supervise reservations, seat arrangements and optimize wait times.

• Ensure efficient communication with the kitchen and bar.

• Train staff and reinforce excellence in service practices.

• Maintain control of supplies, inventory and operation reports.

What do you need to join the team?

• Bachelor's degree or technical career in Tourism, Hotel Management or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years as a Food Service Manager, Captain or Supervisor of Service.

• Solid knowledge of service protocols, equipment management and customer attention.

• Leadership, organization, assertive communication and focus on solutions.

• Excellent presentation and availability of schedules.
