Build the Human Resources area for Equipo123GO in Mexico.

At Equipo123GO, we are building a new online sports betting and casino operation for the Mexican market.

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who wants to lead the creation and development of the Human Resources area from its early stages.

We are not looking for a profile solely focused on the daily operations of Human Resources. We are looking for a professional with strategic vision, experience building teams, and the ability to develop the Human Resources structure that will support the organization's growth.

You will work directly with management and collaborate with the leaders of each area to attract, develop, and strengthen the team that will bring Equipo123GO to life in Mexico.

Your mission

Design, implement, and lead the company's Human Resources strategy, ensuring that Equipo123GO has the structure, processes, and talent necessary to grow sustainably.

What you will do

• Design and develop the Human Resources department in Mexico.
• Define and implement the talent attraction and acquisition strategy.
• Build and develop the Recruitment and Human Resources area, defining the structure and team that will support the organization's growth.
• Oversee hiring processes for operational, specialized, and managerial positions.
• Participate in the design of organizational structures, salary bands, and compensation strategies.
• Develop policies, processes, and initiatives that strengthen our employees' experience.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation and Human Resources best practices.
• Work closely with management on issues related to organizational growth, talent planning, and team development.

What we are looking for

Indispensable requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
• At least 3 years leading a Human Resources department or area.
• Experience building or developing Human Resources areas during organizational growth processes.
• Experience leading recruitment strategies for operational, specialized, and managerial positions.
• Experience participating in salary structures, compensation, and organizational development.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Availability to work under a hybrid model in Monterrey.

It will be a plus if you also have...

• Experience in technology, fintech, digital entertainment, or iGaming companies.
• Experience participating in the opening or expansion of operations.
• Experience implementing Human Resources indicators and processes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
