Mid-Level Project Manager | Automotive Industry

Requirements

• Availability for in-person work 3 days a week in Cajamar - SP.
• Graduation in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management.
• Advanced English for working on global projects.
• Solid experience in project management in industrial environments, preferably automotive, dynamic, and highly complex.
• Experience in conducting projects related to new product industrialization, acquisition of machinery and equipment, and multiple work scopes.
• Knowledge and practical experience with MS Project.
• Knowledge of financial indicators, such as Payback, Operating Margin, investment management, and financial breakdown preparation.
• Knowledge in APQP and PPAP for new product implementation and launch.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage projects of low to high complexity, from planning to delivery and closure, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and other performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop Business Cases and IREs (SKF Investment Plans), conducting the approval process with Controlling areas and organizational leadership.
• Structure and conduct project plans using best management practices, including scope, schedule, risks, resources, communication, quality, and cost control.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, alignment, and efficient communication among local and global stakeholders.
• Manage projects with international interfaces, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
• Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks, as well as proactively manage scope changes.
• Act as a transformation agent, influencing and engaging teams in achieving organizational objectives.
• Ensure the consistent application of project management processes, standards, and methodologies.
