Hybrid Model – São Paulo capital – 4 days a week/week Contract PJ Availability for travel About the Opportunity We are looking for an IT Project Manager to work on a strategic program of system implementation. In addition to working with systems, you will have strong interface with other TI areas, engineering, automation and operations. Responsibilities Lead the entire lifecycle of technology projects focused on operation, maintenance and logistics. Act in a way that ensures the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and satisfied. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Coordinate and manage project resources, including budget, schedule and scope. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Monitor and control project progress, making adjustments as needed. Ensure the quality of deliverables meets customer expectations. Provide guidance and support to team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. Develop and implement process improvements. Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies. Develop and manage project budgets and schedules. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
