ELECTRONIC PRODUCTION AND SMT MANAGER

Job objective :

Direct, control, manage and improve all activities of your department continuously, ensuring the administration of assigned resources and thus achieving the results established by the company.

Responsibilities:

Direct and control production activities, processes and mtto. seeking operational efficiency and resource optimization in different shifts, according to programming, quality standards and efficiency

Plan labor resources and define efficient organizational structures

Production introduction and definition for new products and processes.

Participate with the quality area to manage material or product rejection parameters, analyzing respective failures seeking to minimize costs by rework.

Manage audits through IATF,VDA,IPC,OEM to detect opportunities for improving our products
