We are looking for your talent as Commercial Plaza Manager "El Pueblito" Objective of the position: To lead the commercial plaza team at El Pueblito, ensuring the successful operation and growth of this key business unit. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability through effective marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives. • Leading a high-performing team of professionals in various roles, including sales, marketing, and operations. • Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and loyalty. • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of commercial plaza initiatives with overall company goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
