Plant Manager

Job description

Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive operation of the plants, ensuring compliance with safety, master production schedule, customer service, efficiency, and scrap.
Establish strategic priorities aligned with business metrics and corporate requirements.
Lead preventive and corrective plans, equipment overhauls, spare parts purchases, and interaction with suppliers.
Control backlog, major downtimes, and maintenance reports.
Ensure compliance with key customer specifications.
Ensure TOTAL compliance with EHS rules, corporate audits, procedures, and safety practices.
Manage, control, and execute CAPEX investment projects.
Foster responsible leadership, positive organizational climate, and a high-performance culture.

Requirements

Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Experience managing plants with multiple simultaneous processes.
Proficiency in KPIs: OEE, scrap, productivity, compliance, backlog, safety.
High capacity for critical analysis and rapid decision-making.
Strategic leadership, effective communication, and ability to integrate teams.
English B2 – C1.
