Job description
We are looking for a leader with strategic vision, comprehensive operational thinking, effective communication, critical decision-making, and a strong ability to lead operations. With analytical thinking, accountability, a sense of urgency, a focus on results, and the ability to build culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive operation of the plants, ensuring compliance with safety, master production schedule, customer service, efficiency, and scrap.
- Establish strategic priorities aligned with business metrics and corporate requirements.
- Lead preventive and corrective plans, equipment overhauls, spare parts purchases, and interaction with suppliers.
- Control backlog, major downtimes, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with key customer specifications.
- Ensure TOTAL compliance with EHS rules, corporate audits, procedures, and safety practices.
- Manage, control, and execute CAPEX investment projects.
- Foster responsible leadership, positive organizational climate, and a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Experience managing plants with multiple simultaneous processes.
- Proficiency in KPIs: OEE, scrap, productivity, compliance, backlog, safety.
- High capacity for critical analysis and rapid decision-making.
- Strategic leadership, effective communication, and ability to integrate teams.
- English B2 – C1.
