Plant Manager

Our client is looking for a Plant Manager to join the team in Ecatepec de Morelos. The objective of this position is to ensure correct planning and product development for commercialization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, contributing to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop production plans according to the installed capacity of the company, complying with client-provided agreements regarding times, quality, and packaging.
• Metric the efficiency of the plant regarding production, implementing preventive measures that ensure correct product supply.
• Ensure measures and processes that allow compliance with applicable regulations, through quality controls and good manufacturing practices.
• Ensure that maintenance plans are met and executed according to the needs of the plant, balancing workload for equipment maintenance at client sites and in-plant maintenance.
• Comply with budgetary requirements, proposing preventive and/or corrective actions to deviations, ensuring profitability of the operation.

Requirements:

• Production indicator management, installed capacity of plants
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Project Management.
• Knowledge of export regulations.
• Fluent English
• Project management and statistical tool usage
