Plant Manager
Job description
In niuco we are looking for a Plant Manager with strategic and operational focus, capable of leading the manufacturing operation comprehensively, ensuring productivity, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and development of high-performance teams. The position will have direct responsibility over the areas of Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Quality Assurance and Safety, ensuring operational and strategic alignment of the plant. Objective of the role Ensure the correct functioning of the plant, optimizing processes, reducing costs, improving efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for manufacturing operations, maintenance, and quality assurance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee development. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure their professional growth and job satisfaction. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective actions to address deviations from established procedures. Ensure the plant is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the plant's operations, processes, and systems. Provide leadership and direction to employees to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction. Foster a culture of open communication, transparency, and trust. Ensure that all activities are aligned with the company's values and mission. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure their professional growth and job satisfaction. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective actions to address deviations from established procedures.
