Main responsibilities: • Develop and implement financial planning strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and budgets. • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. • Manage and lead a team of finance professionals to achieve the company's financial goals. • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve financial planning and analysis efficiency. • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities that may impact the company's financial performance. • Collaborate with internal audit and risk management teams to ensure effective risk management practices. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial systems, processes, and procedures. • Provide training and guidance to finance professionals on financial planning and analysis best practices. • Stay current with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements that may impact financial planning and analysis. • Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial planning and analysis framework that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders on key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities.
