VAGA | PCP Manager (Production Planning and Control) We are looking for a PCP Manager to act strategically in the management of production planning, ensuring operational efficiency, meeting deadlines, and aligning between commercial, production, and supply areas. Main responsibilities: • Lead the planning and control of productive processes, ensuring compliance with commercial demands and strategic company objectives; • Act as a strategic link between the commercial, production, and supply departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration; • Develop and implement production plans that meet business needs and goals; • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production-related issues; • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production team.
