Operations Manager / Maître

The Challenge: We are looking for a maestro to orchestrate our operation. Someone with an 'owner's eye', able to lead by example and keep the team motivated even on the most chaotic days. The challenge is balancing excellence in customer service with operational efficiency and cost control. You will be the guardian of the unit's culture and results.

What you'll do: Your routine will involve managing the complete salon team (schedules, constant feedbacks and trainings). You will open and close the house and cash register, resolve conflicts with clients and staff using emotional intelligence, and control vital indicators such as waste, CMV and customer satisfaction.

The Profile We're Looking For: Solid experience in managing medium/large-sized restaurants is mandatory. We are looking for a leadership profile that is firm but human, with analytical vision of processes and focus on results. You must be passionate about hospitality and people management.
