Manager of Logistical Operations | Eurofirms A Claire Joster is looking for an Operations Logistics Manager to work with a multinational client in the logistics sector. The professional will be responsible for strategic and operational management of transportation, leading teams and ensuring excellence in service provided. Main Responsibilities: Strategic Management and Leadership: Lead, develop and motivate operational teams at Plant (Yard) and Monitoring, conducting regular meetings and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the flow of goods and services, improving efficiency and reducing costs. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for process improvements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor and control budgets, ensuring financial performance meets company expectations. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, fostering a positive and professional image of the company. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and values.
