About the role

Led operations that connect science, technology, and sustainable agriculture.

To support our growth in Brazil, we are looking for a Agriculture Operations Manager with a strong strategic vision and execution capacity to lead our front-end operations in the country.

This position will have a strategic and highly operational role, being responsible for ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of Beeflow's Pollination Programs to producers, while driving efficiency, quality, and scalability. The role reports directly to the Country Manager Brazil and works closely with Commercial, Technical, and Field teams.

You will be responsible for leading, structuring, and scaling operations in Brazil, ensuring high-quality standards, cost control, and excellence in customer service, in a dynamic and growing environment.

• Ensure the delivery of healthy and high-quality bees to clients.
• Negotiate and contract suppliers of beehives, ensuring the best commercial conditions.
• Plan and execute preparation, installation, management, and monitoring of beehives in the field.
• Prevent bee mortality and manage the Beeflow Pollinator Network.
• Ensure the proper use of patented Beeflow technologies in feeding bees.

• Lead the implementation of monitoring, field trials, and harvest evaluations, according to technical protocols.
• Supervise field teams and service providers, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to processes.
• Monitor key performance variables for agricultural and operational performance.

• Develop dashboards and data-based tools to track the performance of Beeflow's technologies and services.
• Transform field data into clear, actionable, and decision-oriented technical reports.
• Structure project work plans, ensuring consistency, alignment, and transparency for clients.
• Act as a bridge between data, operations, and decision-making.

• Build repeatable, scalable, and sustainable processes.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency, reducing costs without compromising quality of service.
• Develop and track SLAs and KPIs for Bee Operations, Field, and Logistics areas.
• Ensure the quality of operational data and its use for continuous improvement.
• Support Commercial teams in identifying opportunities for improving the value proposition based on client feedback.

• Lead and promote EHSS training when necessary.
• Ensure the safety of Beeflow teams, partners, and clients, preventing incidents and accidents.

• Lead and develop the Agriculture Operations Team and the Beeflow Pollinator Network in Brazil, focusing on high performance and added value.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous learning, and responsibility.
• Plan strategic hires according to business needs.
• Define clear objectives, priorities, responsibilities, and track team performance.
