Job Description – Operations Manager 3PL Farm (Medistik) 1. General Information Position: Operations Manager 3PL Farm Company: Medistik (Traxión Group) Location: Lake of Guadalupe, State of Mexico Area: Operations Reports to: Operations Director Staff in charge: Warehouse Supervisors, Inventory Coordinators, Shift Leaders, Quality Control and indirect operational personnel. Modality: On-site Full-time Schedule: Full-time Job Objective Ensure the operation of the 3PL Farm warehouse, guaranteeing the quality and efficiency of the processes, as well as the satisfaction of customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 2. Manage and coordinate the activities of supervisors, coordinators, and other personnel in charge, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration. 3. Analyze and interpret data related to inventory levels, quality control, and customer satisfaction, making informed decisions to optimize processes and improve results. 4. Collaborate with the Operations Director to develop and implement action plans to address any issues or concerns that may arise in the warehouse operations. 5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards related to logistics, transportation, and warehousing. 6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. 8. Provide guidance and support to personnel in charge of inventory management, quality control, and customer service. 9. Collaborate with the Quality Control team to develop and implement procedures for ensuring the quality of products and services. 10. Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field. 3. Proven track record of success in managing warehouse operations, improving efficiency, and increasing customer satisfaction. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 7.
