Operations Manager Security / Logistics

Today we are looking for our next C4 Operations Manager, a leader who will drive the 24/7 operation, ensure operational excellence, and elevate the standard of service for strategic clients.

Purpose of the role

Lead the C4 operation, ensuring that every monitoring, every coordination with custodians, and every incident response is executed with precision, security, and strategic vision.

Main responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the 24/7 operation of the C4 (Shift Coordinators and Monitors).
• Meet and exceed critical KPIs: On-Time, Fill Rate, SLA for check-ins, and critical event management.
• Lead high-level incident management and coordinate escalation with Security and Management.
• Be the operational voice to strategic clients: follow-up, reports, and complaint resolution.
• Collaborate with Planning and Supply to ensure custodian availability and minimize cancellations.
• Design, implement, and improve security protocols, runbooks, and monitoring processes.
• Coordinate training, drills, and quality processes with Security and QA.
• Report operational results to Management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Profile we are looking for

• Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Security, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, monitoring centers, or corporate security.
• Knowledge of international regulations (BASC, CTPAT, ASIS).
• Experience leading 24/7 teams in high-pressure contexts.
• Desirable knowledge in incident management (ITIL), quality control, and operational data analysis.
