Area: General Management
Reports to: CEO
Location: CDMX
Team in charge: Administration / Office Management / Coordinators
Purpose of the position
E nsure that the organization operates smoothly, efficiently, and aligned with strategy.
The Chief of Staff is responsible for coordinating internal execution, maintaining visibility on key priorities, and strengthening culture and team performance.
Acts as right-hand man to the CEO and link between areas, ensuring that objectives are translated into action, metrics, and results.
Main responsibilities
1. Strategic planning and tracking
Track annual, quarterly, and key project objectives.
Design and maintain performance dashboards and indicators (KPIs) by area.
Coordinate review meetings (1:1, staff meetings, Q reviews).
SUPPORT IN PREPARING EXECUTIVE MATERIALS AND PRESENTATIONS FOR THE BOARD.
2. Internal operations and processes
E nsure compliance with internal processes and policies (purchases, expenses, approvals, etc.).
Coordinate the office calendar and planning of internal events.
Supervise light administrative tasks and office management (providers, logistics, maintenance).
Implement tools and systems to improve internal efficiency.
3. Culture and organizational climate
Promote initiatives that strengthen the company culture and values.
Coordinate integration activities, internal communication, and team events.
Monitor employee satisfaction and motivation, proposing improvement actions.
4. Organizational performance and development
Track the performance cycle (evaluations, goals, feedback).
Accompany leaders in talent management processes and development plans.
Design strategies for recognition and growth with direction.
5. Executive communication and coordination
FILTER AND PRIORITIZE REQUESTS FOR THE CEO AND THE EXECUTIVE TEAM.
Aline areas and maintain fluid communication between teams.
Represent the direction in operational or interdepartmental matters.
Required profile
E ducation: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communication, Business, or related fields.
Experience:
4-6 years in operations, human resources, PMO, or Chief of Staff positions.
Experience in service companies, startups, or fast-growing environments.
Skills:
Impeccable planning, tracking, and execution.
Organization, structure, and analytical thinking.
CLEAR AND EMPATHETIC COMMUNICATION.
Influence without authority (ability to coordinate without formal hierarchy).
Cultural sensitivity and human focus.
Dominion of digital tools and dashboards (Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Excel, etc.).
