Operations Manager

Operations Manager Responsible for directing daily operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality of production processes. Will work in a coordinated manner with Maintenance, EHS, and Quality areas to ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and safety standards. Additionally, will lead, together with the Industrial Manager, the installation and startup of the new plant, supervising each phase of the project until its total functioning. Furthermore, will be responsible for managing and controlling production costs, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Must also have knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodology, and ISO 9001:2015 standard. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
