Profile Engineer with experience in operations management, logistics, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the meat industry. Responsibilities: Lead the operations team to achieve business objectives; Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity; Analyze and optimize production costs; Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards; Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation; Identify and mitigate risks; Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses; Provide guidance and support to team members.
